Consumers' attention is constantly solicited. Keeping them loyal to a brand requires understanding them and measuring their satisfaction. However, from data collection (e.g. surveys or mystery shoppers) to presentation, many challenges exist.
Hexa is a web SaaS consumer satisfaction management platform that aims to collect data during the entire consumer lifecycle, analyzing and delivering it in a comprehensive way.

Dashboard & Details
VoC ("Voice of the Customer") surveys are designed to get varying insights from consumers. The data collected from these surveys are gathered into different categories, called indicators. A small shop owner, a sales manager or a mega-brand CEO won't need the same indicators, with the same level of granularity.
For that reason, Hexa proposes both a high-level view (the dashboard) and a detailed view where professionals (with the right permissions) can inspect and export results of every single survey.
Satisfaction Trends
Consumer satisfaction indicators should be compared over a specific period of time. Hexa enables the user to compare several indicators (e.g. cleanliness or friendliness of the staff) in a geographic area, or to compare different geographic areas for a specific indicator over a given time period.
