Groupe Dynamite is a global fashion retailer operating more than 400 women’s clothing and apparel stores worldwide. Their two brands, Garage and Dynamite, have eCommerce platforms (Web / iOS / Android) that represent a significant part of all their sales.

Improvements everywhere
Dynamite and Garage sites were outdated and required a major overhaul in order to serve their brand. Optimizing the layout and including bigger, better quality pictures, a better filtering system, better zoom, additional navigation elements and making everything fully responsive are just a few examples of the improvements we designed.
Checkout
The checkout flow redesign decisions were driven by the data collected in-house, the stakeholders' insights and additional research on the subject (Nielsen Norman Group's Ecommerce User Experience was a great help).

Notification Permission Strategy
Notification permissions are sensitive to ask, especially on iOS, but can make a significant impact on sales. Non-invasive timing, the use of pre-permission messages, and fun screens were components of a complete strategy to boost the success rate.
Find a Store
The find a store previous flow was not intuitive and didn't take advantage of location permissions at the right time. In addition to reorganizing everything, we provided complementary information if no stores were found in the user's area.
